In order to have a party at Pangborn
Pool, you first have to join the
pool.
You
can
join right now
by completing your application and then
paying online via
PayPal.
2. Email the Pool Manager to book a party date.
If you've provided all the information above the pool manager will reply within 24 hours (or less) with a Yes or No answer. If any of the above information is left out, an answer to your request will be delayed until all the relevant information is supplied.
If the answer is Yes, go to Step Three.
3. Swim Atlanta schedules all parties online.

All parties must be booked two weeks in advance. You're also required to hire extra Swim Atlanta lifeguards--even if no one in your party is planning to swim. If there are no extra lifeguards, Pangborn will actually have to close the pool until enough lifeguards are present to cover your guests.That's the Swim Atlanta policy.
Swim Atlanta requires 1 extra lifeguard per 25 party guests.

5. Pay your deposit to Swim Atlanta.

request form at

Here
you'll provide complete details of the
party including day and time and
whether or not alcohol will be served
and/or available.

6. Deposit refund depends on complete CleanUp.
Complete the checklist and you’ll get your deposit back in full. Failure to adequately cleanup may result in part or all of your deposit being withheld to cover the cost of cleanup.
7. For no CleanUp, book a "Walk-Away" party in advance.

"Walk-Away" cleanup only covers checklist items. If additional cleanup is required, you will incur additional costs. Sole determination is made by Swim Atlanta and Pangborn. All decisions are final.
